Audac HS 208 MK 2 - Enceinte 8" 150 W

The AUHS208 is a two-way full-range loudspeaker system with a power of 150 Watt, engineered to provide a long throw full range sound projection in a wide variation of in- and outdoor applications.
It features an 1.3"HF driver and an 8" LF loudspeaker combination for the best sound reproduction, with a very special coverage pattern of 40° horizontally and vertically.
The speakers is encasing is made of very strong and durable polyester with textured EDPM black coating and a perforated aluminum front grill. Behind the aluminum grill is an acoustic foam assembled, which prevents rain from coming into the cabinet.
The speaker has a total impedance of 8 Ohm, and there are two Neutrik Speakon connectors provided which allow link through.
Due to an Ingress Protection rating (IP) of 54, this speaker is suitable for any environment where humidity or moisture is present.
The MK2 version of the AUHS208 is fitted with a re-designed crossover network improving the frequency response of the speaker. Hereby, music and announcements will sound even brighter over long distances.
Connections of the low impedance version (AUHS208 MK2) are now made using extremely robust connectors in a metal housing (NLT4MP-BAG) which are waterproof sealed by a gasket, providing a true IP54 solution.
