Each one knows the saying about control and trust. Although it might be cited terribly often, it normally applies. Working with cables therefor is no exception. In the end it's more than unpleasant when a cable is crackling, humming or is even completely quitting the service during a live or a studio performance. To prevent it from this worst case scenario and to quickly locate the problem if it happened anyhow, the OMNITRONIC LH-086 offers help. The cable tester controls the function of 3 and 5-pin XLR-, 3.5/6.3 mm jack (also stereo), CAT5, DIN, RCA and 4 and 8-pin speaker cables and connections. A polarity and short-circuit display enables an easy control. Testing the continuity via two banana sockets is possible as well. Just let yourself get some help.
