Shure KSM44

With three switchable polar patterns and a wide frequency response, the KSM44 condenser microphone presents itself as the flagship of the KSM series and the ideal studio microphone for demanding vocal recordings. The precise resolution of the ultra-thin, externally polarized dual large diaphragms and the extremely low self-noise (7 dBA) of the KSM44 ensure that only the desired sound source is recorded. The choice of cardioid, omnidirectional or figure-of-eight provides flexibility and many solution options, especially in difficult recording situations. In addition, the KSM44 has a switchable 15 dB pre-attenuation for sources with high sound pressure and a high-pass filter switchable to three positions.
