The LD Systems AMP 205 AV is the perfect addition to an AV system for sound reinforcement. It extracts the sound from a connected video source and transmits it in stereo to the speakers. An HDMI pass-through connection makes it easy to connect a display device.

The highly efficient 2 x 50 W Class D amplifier features 4-ohm outputs and a user-friendly control panel equipped with signal, clip and protection LEDs.

Thanks to its compact dimensions of 142 x 44 x 222 mm and the supplied mounting plates, it can be discreetly installed almost anywhere: behind screens, under tables or even in ventilation ducts and above plenum ceilings. Alternatively, it also fits into 19-inch racks (1/3 rack width). With the optional rack tray, you can mount up to two additional products from the TICA® series next to each other, allowing you to configure a system that suits your needs and takes up minimal space in the rack.

The AMP 205 AV uses an external 24V power supply. Terminal block connections for the analog outputs and GPIO connections make wiring easy.

Since the remote control is supported by third-party devices, you can always adjust the volume on both channels or put the power amplifier in standby mode, even if it is mounted out of sight. The optional auto standby function saves energy when there is no audio transmission.
