The OPUS-QUAD offers stand-alone playback of 4 decks for versatile DJ performances. This means you can play 4 tracks simultaneously on 4 different decks, audition tracks and even leave one deck blank to instantly incorporate crowd requests into your set – all with just one device. You can also assign a different color to each deck, complemented by the jog wheel lighting so you always know which one is currently active.

Support for multiple media sources and different playback modes

From a PC/Mac with DJ software or wirelessly via Wi-Fi? - from your smartphone (available from April 2023) or via rekordbox CloudDirectPlay? With just 1 OPUS-QUAD, you can draw from different music collections and even connect a mobile device via Bluetooth?/MD wireless technology – perfect if you want to quickly include an audience request in your set.

Fast and accurate title search – even in the largest collections

Find your tracks faster and more accurately than ever before thanks to the newly developed user interface with electrostatic touch module. No matter how big your music collection is – you can use the 10.1" (25.6 cm) touchscreen to quickly search for tracks using the keyboard, or use the playlist bank to quickly navigate between playlists. With touch preview, you can even preview tracks while browsing. The new intelligent Smart Rotary Selector offers joystick-like operation with left/right, up/down, twist and push controls. The other browsing controls are neatly arranged around this rotary pushbutton, so you can browse, preview and load tracks in your music collection without moving your whole hand.

Optimized deck configuration and new Smart Cue

Take full control of the music thanks to the nifty deck layout that features a display above each full-size jog wheel. This arrangement means you don't have to change your viewing direction when manipulating tracks or checking things like track information, parameters, and the status of features. And with the new Smart Cue feature, you can automatically overwrite the current cue position with the recalled hot cues. This makes it much faster and more intuitive than ever to use hot cues with just one movement.

*In order to use the Smart Cue feature, “Overwrite Current Cue with Hot Cue” be enabled in the utility setting in advance.

The OPUS-QUAD was specially developed to meet the demands of the increasingly diverse DJ scene and delivers high-quality sound that can be listened to comfortably for long periods of time in any environment . The system configuration eliminates transmission loss and AD-DA conversion loss. It is equipped with a high-quality 32-bit D/A converter from ESS technology. No matter where you DJ with the OPUS-QUAD: the entire venue is surrounded by a pleasant sound that further improves the spatial experience.

Easy to use professional effects

The new effects of the OPUS-QUAD make it easy to add texture and excitement to the music, so you can cheer up the crowd and put your personal touch on the sound with Beat FX. The XY Pad makes it easy to control functions such as FX Bank and channel selection, as the Beat FX parameters and the filter's cutoff frequency are controlled by movements on the X and Y axes, respectively. Both effects can be combined with just one finger. With the popular “Smooth Echo” you can easily trigger an echo by moving a previously assigned fader or knob to apply the effect when active. Each channel also features Sound Color FX. So you have even more options to create different sounds to wow your audience.

Zone output for playing different music in different rooms

Thanks to the zone output, which can emit a signal independent of the master, different music can be played in different rooms – with only one OPUS-QUAD. For example, you can connect a smartphone to the system via Bluetooth and set up a playlist of background music to play softly in a bar or second room where people are talking while you play tracks from a USB device ;t mixes for the main area.

Compatible with rekordbox and Serato

The OPUS Quad already has plug-and-play compatibility for rekordbox performance mode and Serato DJ Pro (from summer 2023). Simply connect your PC/Mac with either application to get started – no license and no subscription required. If you use rekordbox, you can also connect to the rekordbox mobile app for iOS/Android (available from April 2023).
