Delivery and shipping costs

Please refer to the respective product information pages for the availability and delivery time of our articles. We recommend payment by credit card, instant bank transfer or Paypal for fastest possible delivery. Goods paid for by prepayment will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment, according to delivery capacity. Please note that transfer between credit institutions can take up to three working days.

Germany

If your order is worth €40.00 or more, your goods will be shipped free of charge within Germany! This offer is not valid for bulky goods and applies exclusively to online orders.

Foreign countries Free shipping thresholds for international orders are given in the following table of shipping costs.

Products marked with the "Express" label can be delivered within Germany by DPD Express.

We guarantee delivery on the next working day (Monday-Friday) before 6:00 pm if we receive the order before 2:00 pm on working days.

There is a surcharge of €6.90 for express delivery.**

Customs duties, taxes and fees

Deliveries outside the EU are subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees. Further information on customs duties can also be found at ec.europa.eu

Items marked with the lorry symbol are delivered by a freight forwarder.

The shipping costs for bulky items are calculated either as a flat rate or per item, depending on the destination country. Any valid free shipping thresholds for normal parcel shipping have no influence on this. Please refer to the following shipping costs table for an overview of the currently valid freight forwarding costs.

You can also pick up your goods directly from us. Visit us in our store in Bocholt and purchase your goods directly on site. We look forward to your visit!

Unfortunately, in rare cases, transport damage can occur despite good packaging. Therefore, please make sure that you check your goods for damage on delivery. In the event of damage, please contact our hotline immediately.

Perhaps you don't have time or are simply not at home when the delivery arrives? No problem, we also deliver to DHL Packstations! Simply enter your name, your DHL customer number and the desired Packstation in the address fields when you place your order.
